Obtaining duplicates of personal documents

Our clients often have a need to repair or obtain copies of documents. Most often, this is faced by our compatriots who are currently abroad. We can contact the competent authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic on your behalf in order to help you recover lost or damaged documents (birth certificate, death certificate, certificate of name change, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, secondary education certificate, diplomas, etc.)

Obtaining a certificate of non-criminal record.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic residing on the territory of Kyrgyzstan or located outside it, as well as foreign citizens who have ever lived on the territory of Kyrgyzstan or currently reside and Conduct business in Kyrgyzstan, can obtain a certificate of absence or criminal record from the relevant authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic.

To obtain this certificate, you must provide a photocopy of your internal passport (1, 2 and a page indicating your residence permit). The certificate is received within 1 to 3 business days at your request.

Obtaining a certificate of marital status

A certificate of marital status is usually necessary for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who wish to marry a foreigner, since a special document confirming the absence of marriage at the moment will be required abroad.

To obtain a certificate, you must provide a birth certificate and passport (ID) of the person wishing to receive a certificate of the absence of a civil status record of marriage.

To receive all the above documents you must provide:

· power of attorney in the name of our employee certified by a notary or consul;

· a copy of your identity document;

· copy of birth certificate;

· a copy of the document, a duplicate of which you need to obtain (if available).

Depending on the situation, additional documents or additional information may be required.
